The applicant agrees to pay the first rent payment, the rental bond and the agreement preparation fee with a bank/building society cheque or a postal money order if this application is successful.

CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED


The applicant declares that he/she is not bankrupt or insolvent.

The applicant authorizes the agent to contact the above noted individuals to confirm your employment, residential status and you personal and business/credit referees to assess his/her suitability as a tenant for the premises.

Acceptance:

If you are accepted as a tenant for the above premises the applicant will pay a reservation fee equal to the first week's rental, this holding fee will be credited against the rent.

If the applicant decides not to take the premises after the owner/agent accepts this application and the applicant has paid a reservation fee the agent may retain the reservation fee in full.

"NOTICE"

Section 42A of the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act, 1941 provides that an application to review a statement of claim or itemized account be made to the Director-General of the department of Fair Trading within 28 days after the statement of claim or itemized account is served on you.
